I found on Clearly I stamp the Clear Dollar stamp Blog how to make a Box Card. Thank you Lisa Lara. you can find complete instructions with step by step photos  on how to make it here. http://www.clearlyistamp.typepad.com/

The image is a digi by Robyn's Fetish. You can find Chester the Snowman here. http://robynsfetish.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2_4&products_id=181

When Folded up and belly-ban on it.
                                                           Opened up and a closeup

I used Cricut cartridge Elegant Edges to make the frame. Cut The loops frame image row 2 button5 at 4.95", or 5" if you don't have a Gypsy to adjust the size.

Copics used to color Chester the Snowman are R29, R27, R35-heart, B29, B05, B00, BG01-hat, E29, E33, E27-arms, YR07, YR02-nose. Gelly Roll pen Gold Metallic was used for the stars. Glitter glue for the snow. Inkadinkadoo chalks -sky blue was used for the sky. Mini brown buttons by Dress it Up for the snowman buttons. The papers  are by DCWV Christmas pad-snowflake print, Recollections-blue, and Georgia Pacific-white.
Using a Score Pal score a 8 1/2" x 11" piece of white cardstock.-heavy not thin paper. Score it at @ 1/2", 4", 7", 8 1/2" alone the long side. Now turn the paper and score at the 1 1/2", and 7".
Cut out all four corners. the piece should be 1 1/2" x 2 1/2".
Now on the long side, cut from edge to fold lines-1 1/2" in to form tabs.Do both sides, all 4 edges.
Mark the center of the 3" x ! 1/2"  piece between the tabs with a pencil mark. Score from this mark to each opposite corner forming triangles. Do on both side. Fold the tabs up then the triangles to make a W shape.
Place score tape or ATG runner on the tabs to secure inside the box shape. It needs to be strong adhesive.

Now cut paper to decorate your card at 5 1/2" x 2 1/2"- you will need 2,  5 1/2" x 3" - need one. I used my ATG to adhere to the Box card. The 2 outside pieces. The 3 x % 1/2" goes inside. If it is too tight trim off a fraction  for a perfect fit. No adhesive needed. I then glued down a sentiment. I am not sure whose Digi sentiment this is. If you see yours here, please let me know so I can give you credit for it. Thank you!.
Make the belly-ban by cutting a 12" x 1 1/2" piece of cardstock. I then used my ATG to put a stripe of Adhesive down the middle. I place sheer ribbon on it by Details Accessories. As I plan on making some cutouts and tags to place inside the card I placed pieces of cardstock inside to close it up so I would get the right size for the belly band. Now place adhesive on the end of the 12" strip at 1", !/2" and very end. Wrap around the card securing to other end of belly ban. You want to make sure it does not stick to the card.
Now you are ready to add your decoration to the belly ban.

I am so glad you stopped by today. Please head on over to Michelle's blog. http://www.scrapthosepictures.blogspot.com/

Have a good day. Edwina
