2 "O Little Town of Bethlehem" cards.



Hello, Today I am doing cards for the Christmas card challenge at Lady Anne's Challenges. You can find the challenge here http://www.ladyanneschallenges.com/christmas-challenge.html  There is a challenge each month with 2 different images to be used. This month the images are by Crafting with Jack. You can find Crafting With Jack here http://craftingwithjack.weebly.com/  You get the images by joining the challenge.

Copics used on both cards are YR23 YR24, YR21, YR31, Y15, Y21, Y23, Y06, E31, E33, E37, E57, E59, E95, E44, E43, E47, YR93, YR95, YR99.

1st card- the sky is done by first using Copics B39. Then going over top of that with Prisma color pencil 906. The sand was done with Prisma colored pencils 945, 1010, and 1003.
The ribbon is by Clear Dollar Stamps. It is Wild Ginger sheer.
The papers are by Recollections- distressed print, blue, and white card.
The embossing is done using Cuttlebug embossing folder Organic Flourish.
The card is 5" x 5 1/2".

2nd card- sky is done with chalks by Inkadinkadoo. I used the darkest blue and darkest purple. the sand is done using copics Y21, Y23 and chalks, ocher and sienna.
The embossing is done using 2 embossing folders by Cuttlebug- Organic Flourish, and Iron Works.
The papers are by Recollections- blue and card, and Georgia Pacific- white for digi.
The gem/pearl flourish is by Recollections.
The card is 5" x 5 3/4".

  3. Wowzers Edwina! That is super that you were able to do 2 of these cards. They are both gorgeous. Lady Anne asked us to comment on each other's cards so that we would become a closer group. I'm trying to do that but I would have loved to comment on yours anyway! xoxox Hugs~Patti

  4. Love how you have coloured the images very similar but the cards look so different. Love the double bow on the first card and that pearl/rhinestone embellishment on the second.
