The snow, dots of snowflakes, and snowball are done using Tulip puffy paint. I extended the snow onto the card from the image. I also added it to the center of the snowflakes and used enought to give a point to the center of each.I then set it on my hot heat register and it made it look that way. I love the look.
The snowflakes are made using Recollections punches for the 2 smallest snowflakes and Cricut cartridge Lacy Labels row 2 button 4 layer and sift key cut at 7" on my gypsy. that makes the biggest snowflake about 1 1/4".
The snowflakes are pop dotted up.
The twine is by The Twinery called Denim.
The papers are by Recollections Jolly Jamboree pad- snowflake paper, Bazzill- light blue, Georgia Pacific- white, Recollections- blue for snowflakes.
The card is 4 1/4" x 5 1/2".
