Holidays be wrapped in Happiness cards

Hello, Today i am using a digi sentiment by Nana Vic's. You can find it here http://nanavicsdigitals.blogspot.co.uk/p/quick-reference-page.html

For the sentiment - I took a white piece of cardstock and using a sponge and 2 shades of Tim Holtz Distressed ink in green . I dropped the ink into a cup with the same amount of water drops. I started twith the lights color and ended with the darkest color. I did it in several layers to get it lightest color on top to darkest green on bottom. Once dry I placed a heavy book on it to flatten the paper. Once flat I printed the sentiment on the paper.

One the 1st card I cut the sentiment in a square and embossed it with Cuttlebug embossing folder D'vine Swirl.

On the second card I used Spellbinders to cut out the sentiment. I embossed the background with Darice embossing snowflake folder.

The green Ribbon is by Really Reasonable Ribbon. You can find it here http://www.reasonableribbon.com/

The papers are by Georgia Pacific- white, Recollections- green, DCWV- Ivory shimmer paper, Tim Holtz- Christmas pad- bell print.

The 1st card is 6' x 5 1/2". The 2nd card is 5" x 6 1/2".

I am entering this card in:
