Gather your supplies and set up your work station.
Using your paper trimmer cut your card stock at 11" x 4 1/4". Cut your print at 4" x 4".

Score the card stock at 5 1/2" and 10"

Fold the 5 1/2" score line and give it a crisp fold with the bone folder.

Fold the 10" score line facing out to you. Use the bone folder to give a crisp fold.

Using strong double sided adhesive tape place it along both sides as shown. press it down making sure it adheres good.

Using your corner rounder, round off all 4 corners.

Remove the backing on the double sided tape. Fold your pouch and press the edges to get a strong seal.

Using your adhesive runner place adhesive on all 4 sides of the printed paper.

Place it on the front of the pouch making sure you have a 1/8" border on the sides and bottom.  as shown.

Use your adhesive runner and place adhesive on the 1" flap.

Fold it down and press into place. Now decorate the front of your pouch.

Fold over the edges of the hot coco package. This will help it fit into the pouch and looks neater too.

This is how it should look.

I am making 2 sizes of this hot cocoa pouch because my design is bigger and I want it to fit.
Measurements of paper for both sizes.
11" x 4 1/4" makes a 4 1/4' x 5 1/4" pouch.
11" x 5 1/2" makes a 5 1/4" x 5 1/2" pouch.

Score your card stock at 4 3/4" and 10".

Oops! I changed papers. This one is by Bearly Mine Designs. The other prints are by Imagine That.

Fold over the 4 3/4" score line and give it a crisp fold with the bone folder.

Fold over the 10" score line and give it a crisp fold with the bone folder.

Open your pouch up and line the cocoa package up to the fold inside.

Punch two holes about 1" apart and about 1/8" down.

Remove the cocoa and set aside for now. Decorate the front of your pouch.

Place the cocoa back inside and line up the holes.

Note: if you punched over too far on your cocoa package and cocoa starts to come out place a small piece of clear tape on it and make sure your hole is still there.

Fold the flap over making sure the holes line up.

Cut your ribbon at 14". Thread the ribbon through the holes.

Tie into a double knot to hold it securely.

Tie into a bow. This is how it should look.

now slide the front up under the flap as shown.

This is how it should look. This is also known as a match stick card.
