This is the front of the gift card tag holders. I am using the digi "Stocking Sampler." I used Christmas cotton fabrics from Joann's to make them. I covered 5 1/2" squares of fabric on the back with Score tape sheets and adhered them to white card stock. I then ran it through the rear feed on my printer using the paper setting presentation matte paper. This means it prints darker and slower. Once printed I cut them out and pieced them together on stocking images on white card stock.
I then decorated the stockings with lace, ribbons, ric rac, trims, pearls, and holly bling. Once they were all decorated I added the ribbon for the handles using craft Glue Dots as they are really strong. I added another card stock stocking to the backs to cover the folded over trims, ric rac, ribbons, and lace. This is necessary so you can add your gift cards and they will slide in easily. Now create the backs of them.
The ribbons, lace, ric rac are by Really Reasonable Ribbon. You can find it here http://www.reasonableribbon.com/.
The pearls are from Miriam's Crafting Supplies. You can find it here http://miriamscraftingblog.com/.
The yellow trim is by American Crafts.
The holly bling is by Jolee's Boutique.
This is the back of the gift card tag holders. I used red and white felt to make them. I covered white card stock with the ATG Runner adhesive and placed my felt over it making sure there were no bubbles. I then ran it through the rear feed on my printer using the paper setting presentation matte paper. This means it prints darker and slower.
Once printed off I cut out my stockings and then pieced them together on another card stock image. I then used score tape 1/8" to attach the front and backs together around the edges except at the tops.
The stockings are 5" high.
This is a tri-shutter card. It is using the digis "Peppermint Sampler," Snowlady Chef," and Let's Have Cocoa."
