The Blog Candy being offered this month is a machine-embroidered angel which can be used as a bookmark or an early start to decorate your Christmas Tree!!!! Winner gets to chose the color of her angel from pink, white, ivory, or gold.
Here are my projects.
I have National Peanut Butter Month. Now we all know that without peanut butter most kids would not survive to grow up as it is what kids love for a meal or for a snack. I made a tag.
The digi is a colored digi by Clear Dollar Stamps. I printed off 2 of them and cut the one in to. the sentiment is my own. The ribbon is by Morex Corp. The papers are by Recollections- yellow, wine, Bazzill- blue, Georgia Pacific- white. The tag is 41/4" x 5 1/8"
Forget Me Not Day is November 10th. The Forget Me Not became Alaska's state flower on April 28, 1917. The tiny flowers bloom in the early Summer here in New Jersey. This tiny flower also comes in pink. It is very hard to find in that color.
I felt that a forget me knot card would be good to send anyone. The digi was a coloring page. I printed off 3 of the digi and colored it with Copics. Only one of the images is intact. I cut the other 2 to form a spray of flowers like we have here in our garden. Some of the leaves and flowers are pop dotted up.
Copics used are B000, B21, B24, Y06, BV20, BV31- flowers, YG61, YG63, YG67- leaves.
The papers are by Recollections- gingham, blue, lavender, Bazzill- green, Georgia Pacific- white.
The card is 4 1/4" x 5 1/2".
Your next stop along the way is Laura. Don't forget to stop back next month on December 14th for the last Calendar Girls Day of the Year . . . .
