Ribbon Dolls

Hello, Today I am sharing some ribbon dolls. I made. I decided to make 4 dolls using 2 different doll body designs. The top doll uses a digital image by Antique Images- http://antiqueimages.blogspot.com/ . The bottom doll uses a digital image by Wings of Whimsy- https://wingsofwhimsy.wordpress.com/.

I printed off the image plus I flipped each image and printed it off too making sure they were the same size. I then used the matte Mod Podge on the images. Giving them 3 coats. Once dry I cut them out and glued the image about half way down with a strong glue. I let this dry over night as I wanted a strong hold before adding the ribbons.

I cut ribbons about 12" or 16" depending on the doll. The ribbons are by Really Reasonable Ribbon- http://www.reasonableribbon.com/, Accents Designs, and American Ribbon Company. The laces came from Miriam's Crafting Supplies and Prima. The twines are by American Crafts.

The pearl trims came from Hobby Lobby.

The flowers are by Wild Orchid Crafts.

The One doll on the bottom right has a tiny white flower cut into pieces to make baby's breath for her hair and dress sash.

Thanks for dropping by. Have a happy day! Edwina
